Work Experience: Two years and above.

The Customer Success Analyst plays a key strategic role in enabling our Customer Success department promote retention and loyalty, improving customer lifetime value, and reducing churn through the Customer Success tool. In addition, you’ll create visibility of key metrics to identify what is needed to ensure customers are successfully using and utilizing our services, products, and any newly released features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for enquiries, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Work with Communication team to boost customer referrals and conversions.
  • Responsible for the configuration of a CS tool to provide insights into account health.
  • Understand our unique client requirements (corporate/retail) and their business or individual needs based on their unique demographic and geographic data.
