Who is the program for?

Young people between the ages of 22 & 40 and who have completed both their tertiary education and NYSC. You must be living in Lagos and be looking to gain employment after a period of training, with various employers looking to include well-equipped talents in their workforce.

How can I register?

Register by logging in to dataleum.com/gtt and filling out the form. Ensure you provide the best responses for each question, to increase your chances of qualification. Afterwards, you would be required to take an aptitude/psychometric test, of which, the highest-scoring candidates would be accepted into the program.

What do I need to participate in the program?

A Working Laptop, with the following specs:

Intel™ Core i3 Processor or its equivalent.

8GB worth of RAM

256GB worth of ROM SSD.

An internet-enabled phone and access to a moderate power supply would also be a plus.

How long would the program take?

It is a 4-month program. From onboarding all the way up to graduation.

What is the payment plan?

The total cost of the program is ₦250,000. However, each trainee is expected to pay 20% (₦50,000) of the cost before the commencement of the program, to ensure that they complete the program. The other 80% would be covered by the Lagos State government, as a soft loan, with a flexible period for payback by the trainee after employment is secured.

The Graduate Tech Trainee Program would equip you with soft skills like:

Data Analytics using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and SQL, all from Beginners - Intermediate levels, during Introduction to Machine Learning with Python for the Beginners level.

Data Science using Python for Data Science and for Machine learning.

What is next for me after the program?

At the cheapest rate possible, you would be getting equipped with both soft and hard skills that would enable you to function in a modernized office environment, either as a Data Analyst or as a Data Scientist. Various employers and organizations would always be looking out for the best, and your successful completion of this program puts you in a position to confidently apply for such roles. You would also be qualified for internship, part-time and full-time job roles.
